I was really hoping to like this, but the quality just didn’t meet my expectations. Maybe I got a bad one? Curious if anyone else had the same experience because I’ve seen mixed opinions

I’ve been using my Fellow travel mug for a few weeks now, and somehow it has managed to do the one thing a travel mug is supposed to do: not leak all over my bag. I toss it in with my laptop, which felt like a bold little trust exercise at first, but so far everything has stayed dry. The lid feels secure, and my coffee stays where it belongs, which apparently isn’t a given with some mugs. Overall, happy with it.

I ended up returning my order because I changed my mind, nothing really wrong with it. The return process was straightforward, which was nice. I did have to wait a few days for the refund to show up, but that’s kind of expected. Support got back to me too, not super quick, but they answered my questions and were helpful enough. Overall it was a simple experience.

I ordered from meetfellow because I was kind of in a rush, and it ended up showing up in 3 days, which was a relief. The only thing that threw me off was the tracking didn’t update right away, so I kept checking it more than I probably needed to. Still, it got here quickly.

I’ve been using it for a little while now, i feel like it was worth the money. Everything has worked well so far, and I really don’t have any complaints. It’s always a relief when something actually lives up to what you hoped for, and I’m genuinely happy with this purchase.

I really like Fellow products, and the website is easy to use overall. But the availability was kind of annoying. The item I wanted was out of stock, and then a few days later another color was gone too. I signed up for the restock emails, but I didn’t really get any clear info on when it might be back. For the price, I expected better updates on stock. Not a terrible experience, but it definitely made shopping there more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’ve been using Fellow mainly for meeting agendas and notes, and my gut says it’s a solid tool when the whole team actually uses it. I like having everything in one place, and the action items are helpful when people keep them updated. That said, the app can feel a bit slow at times, and digging up older notes isn’t always as easy as I’d expect. Some buttons also seem tucked away in odd spots, so I end up clicking around more than I want to. Overall, it does the job and I still use it, but I trust my instinct that it could be a lot simpler and more intuitive.

I ordered this from meetfellow.com, it’s a nice item overall. But is it as roomy as it looked in the photos? Not really. The capacity ended up being smaller than I expected, so I’m refilling it more often than I thought I would.

The sizing details could’ve been a little clearer too. It technically fits on my counter, but just barely, and it doesn’t sit there quite the way I had pictured. Is it a bad buy? No, not at all. I just wish I’d paid closer attention to the measurements before ordering

Booked them for a deep clean and a few little maintenance jobs, they made the place look about ten times better. I really wanted to like this more because it does look nice sitting out on the counter and it has that clean simple look I was going for, but once I actually started using it I noticed quickly that the handle just feels kind of awkward and after a few minutes it gets annoying to hold.

It’s not the worst thing ever and I’m still using it for now, but for the price I expected it to feel better in the hand and be easier to grip, so yeah it looks good but day to day it’s just not comfortable enough for me.

I ordered a Fellow brewer from meetfellow, and it’s been a really nice upgrade. I’m particular about my coffee setup, so I don’t usually call something solid unless it actually earns it, but this one has. The coffee tastes cleaner and more balanced than what I was getting before. It did take me a couple of tries to dial everything in, but once I got it, the process felt simple and consistent. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad I made the switch.

I’m still kinda waiting to hear back about the replacement approval. Hoping it gets sorted out soon.

This looks nice on the counter, but am I missing something with the temperature control? It seems to jump around more than I expected, which makes daily coffee a little frustrating. I was hoping for something more consistent.

I ordered this from meetfellow, and the first thing I noticed was how sturdy it felt. It just doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all, and the finish looks really clean in person. I’ve been using it every day so far and nothing has felt loose or poorly made. The little details seem like they were actually thought through. Weirdly, I remember unboxing it while there was a squirrel staring at me from the fence outside, so that part stuck in my head too. Overall I’m happy with it...
